Internal medicine care for adult patients, ages 18 and over
As part of the LewisGale Physicians network, our conveniently located internal medicine clinic provides care to patient, ages 18 and over. We offer patients a wide range of primary care services, including wellness checkups, immunizations, treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, and chronic disease management.
We are an academic medicine clinic as part of the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Internal Medicine Residency Program at LewisGale Medical Center. This means our practice includes resident physicians as part of our team who are training to be the next generation of physician leaders. Our attending board-certified family medicine physicians featured in the ‘Meet our Providers” section above fully supervise the residents in clinic. Our clinic accepts most commercial and private insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. Discounts are offered to uninsured patients.
