LewisGale Physicians Internal & Academic Medicine, located in Salem, Va., on Apperson Drive/Lee Highway, offers internal medicine residents in Salem and surrounding communities in the Greater Roanoke Valley. Our practice’s highly trained staff will do everything they can to put your mind at ease when you or a loved one is in need of care. We currently see patients, ages 18 and over.

Our Resident Continuity Clinic

Our practice, also known as a Resident Continuity Clinic, provides in-depth training to resident physicians as part of the Graduate Medical Education program at LewisGale Medical Center. Resident physicians are doctors in training in Internal Medicine. They are fully supervised by board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians.

Our Continuity Clinic offers affordable healthcare services to those in need. We accept patients with Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or without insurance coverage, who are in need of primary care.
